HostPulse is a smart property management platform designed for hosts managing multiple short-term rental properties, like those listed on Airbnb. The app centralizes operations into one interface, helping users monitor, respond, and take action across several properties simultaneously.
By integrating with external platforms, HostPulse offers real-time access to messages, feedback, and property performance. Admin users can assign tasks such as cleanings or repairs to service providers, who access the app with role-specific permissions to view and complete their assigned jobs efficiently.
The biggest design challenge was streamlining complex property data into a clean, actionable experience. HostPulse leverages AI to generate automated diagnostics, visualize trends, and suggest clear next steps—helping property managers stay ahead of issues with minimal manual effort.
